Monday, October 29th, 2018 is known as Arbaeen—an observance by Shia Muslims (such as ourselves) of the 40th day following the death of Prophet Muhammad's grandson, Imam Hussain. Imam Hussain was killed by the tyrannical and corrupt leaders of his time, for standing up and speaking out against oppression, injustice, and inequality.
